This session supports teachers in developing their ability to mentor peers, model professionalism, and coach others through challenges with empathy and confidence. Learning Goals: - Understand the difference between managing and mentoring - Learn tools for peer coaching, feedback, and reflective practice - Build confidence in supporting colleagues while staying in alignment with program goals
